The Booking:

Your contract is with MMH Hospitality. This contract exists between us when we have confirmed a tour of your choice and we have received a token amount form your side. All the relevant conditions must be fully completed by both the parties.

Payments:

For all kinds of payments, we always send payment reminders either by call or via email. Travel vouchers and booking confirmations cannot be issued until payment is received. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your bookings. 50% of the advance payment must be paid to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The balance amount can be paid on the very first day of the tour. Apart from this, in some cases like flight and train bookings during X-Mas, New Year, full payment is required to be made in advance and this payment is non-refundable otherwise half of tour amount is refundable.

Cancellations:

If you or any member of your party want to cancel your tour, you must notify us via email. Below is the standard cancellation policy:

1) 10% deduction if cancelled before or above 30 days prior to arrival date.
2) 50% deduction if booking cancelled before 15 days prior to arrival date.
3) No refund if cancelled before 7 days prior to arrival.
4) We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date.
5) Advance amount/payment will not be refundable.

Complaints:

We do our best to give the enjoyable traveling experience on any of our holidays but occasionally plans go wrong. If you are having any complaint, please inform your tour manager (at the same time). He/She will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved as per your satisfaction, notify the company within 28 hours of the tour ends. If you do not email us within that time, the investigation and outcome of the complaint will be affected.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out:

The cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour. We always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required/or in case of an emergency. But this entirely depends upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.

Rights to amend the itinerary if required

The tour once confirmed must go as per the itinerary finalized. In case events and circumstances happened beyond our control, we reserve the right to your itinerary for well being and safety of our esteemed passengers.
